Take the Survey
Facility Engagement (FE) has been undergoing a province-wide evaluation since March 2020. This evaluation survey is being conducted as part of the final phase of the provincial evaluation. As physicians/medical staff and health authority stakeholders, you can help us evaluate the value and impact of the FEI by answering a few questions. It is critical that we capture a wide variety of practical perspectives and longitudinal data for our collective learning.
- This survey will take 10 minutes to complete
- Aggregate data will be available at the site, regional and provincial level to assist with learning, improvements, and planning for how engagement work moves forward at all levels.
